I am Kayamisha K. Esteves, I am a Veteran (Active Duty Army) and I have served in many different career fields mainly in Logistics and Human Resources for over 25 years. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, MBA in Human Resources Management and working on my DBA in Human Resources. I currently own two other companies, Creole Majesty and Divine Prosperity.
As I reached a certain age I realized that it was getting harder to maintain my youthful weight, not to mention having my last child at the age of 40. While pregnant with my son my weight jump to 215 that is the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life. Once he was born I lost the normal 15lbs but that was it. The journey of joining Drink2Shrink started with my own personal weight transformation.
I believe we all should have a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
